Sundays @ 2pm
Each class, parents and their children will begin with a yoga-based warmup. The majority of the class will be working self-defense: striking, grappling,conflict avoidance, de-escalation, and approaches in dealing with bullying.
The last few minutes of each class will end with a brief meditation to allow time to integrate what was worked on during the hour, cool down, and get ready to re-enter the real world.
